On 19 November 2020, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Board, is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 19 November 2020, resolved to grant AAX an extension of time until 6 January 2021 to submit the application for the Proposed Share Consolidation and the draft Circular to the shareholders of AAX in relation to the Proposals pursuant to Paragraphs 13.16(1) and 9.33(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities respectively.
