On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 2 months from 6 November 2020 up to 6 January 2021 for the Company to submit the relevant application in relation to the Proposals to Bursa Securities.
