Further to the announcement made on 5 February 2020,  AirAsia X Berhad (“AAX” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Board Committee (“Committee”) has appointed BDO Governance Advisory Sdn. Bhd. as the independent expert to assist the Committee in undertaking the review.
