The issued share capital of AL11 is USD1,000 comprising 1,000 ordinary shares and will be raised accordingly to cater for its operational needs. The Directors of AL11 presently are Benyamin Ismail and Wong Mee Yen.

The incorporation of AL11 is not expected to have any material effect on the issued and paid-up share capital or substantial shareholders’ shareholding, earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of AirAsia X for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above incorporation.

The establishment of AL11 is also not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and any other regulatory authorities in Malaysia.
