The issued share capital of AL10 is USD1,000 comprising 1,000 ordinary shares of USD1 each and will be raised accordingly to cater for its operational needs. The Directors of AL10 presently are Benyamin Ismail and Wong Mee Yen.

The incorporation of AL10 is not expected to have any material effect on the issued and paid-up share capital or substantial shareholders’ shareholding, earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of AirAsia X for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above incorporation.

The establishment of AL10 is also not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and any other regulatory authorities in Malaysia.
