INTENTION TO DEAL BY DIRECTOR IN SECURITIES OF AIRASIA X BERHAD DURING CLOSED PERIOD

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, AirAsia X Berhad (“AAX” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Tan Sri Dr. Anthony Francis Fernandes, a Non-Independent Executive Director and Co-Group Chief Executive Officer of AAX, intends to deal in the securities of AAX during the closed period prior to the release of the First Quarter results for the year 2018.
