Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 25 April 2024, 26 July 2024 and 1 August 2024 in relation to the Proposals and Proposed Granting of Subscription Options. On behalf of the Board, Interpac wishes to announce that the Company and Capital A had, on 4 September 2024, entered into the second supplemental agreement to the AAAGL SSPA ("AAAGL Second Supplemental SSPA") and the second supplemental agreement to the AAB SSPA ("AAB Second Supplemental SSPA") (collectively, "Second Supplemental SSPAs").
