Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 25 April 2024 in relation to the Proposals and Proposed Granting of Subscription Options (“Initial Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Initial Announcement.
On behalf of the Board, Interpac wishes to announce that the Company had on 21 June 2024 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time from 24 June 2024 to 31 July 2024 for the Company to submit the draft circular to shareholders and the listing application in relation to the Proposals and Proposed Granting of Subscription Options to Bursa Securities.
