Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 8 January 2024, 13 March 2024 and 9 April 2024 in relation to the non-binding letter of acceptance with Capital A Berhad ("Capital A" or the "Vendor") for the proposed acquisitions of 100% equity interest in AirAsia Berhad ("AAB") and 100% equity interest in AirAsia Aviation Group Limited ("AAAGL"), both of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Capital A.
