Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 8 January 2024 and 13 March 2024 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of AAX, Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company and Capital A Berhad have mutually agreed to extend the negotiation period to execute the definitive agreement for the Proposed Acquisitions until 30 April 2024.
