Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 8 January 2024 in relation to the letter of acceptance for the Proposed Acquisitions (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of AAX, Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company and Capital A Berhad have mutually agreed to extend the negotiation period to execute the definitive agreement for the Proposed Acquisitions until 15 April 2024.
