Pursuant to the announcement dated 19 October 2023 in relation to, among others, the approval from Bursa Securities for the extension of time up to 17 January 2024 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities, the Company is till in the midst of considering all available options (including the possibility of an appeal for the Proposed Relief & PN17 Upliftment) to uplift PN17 listing status.
