The Board of Directors of AAX wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval in respect of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate at the forthcoming 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Circular to Shareholders containing details of the abovementioned proposal will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
