We refer to the announcement dated 12 October 2022 in respect of the application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of six (6) months up to 28 April 2023 for AAX to submit its regularisation plan (“1st EOT Application”), and the announcement dated 2 November 2022 in respect of Bursa Securities’ approval for the 1st EOT Application. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of AAX, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 12 April 2023 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of three (3) months from 29 April 2023 until 28 July 2023 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.
