The Company had on 29 October 2021 announced that it triggered the prescribed criteria pursuant to Paragraph 8.04 and Paragraph 2.1(d) of Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“Main LR”) and is considered a PN17 listed issuer (“First Announcement”).

Pursuant to Paragraph 5.0 of PN17 of the Main LR, the Company is required to submit its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission Malaysia (“Securities Commission”) or Bursa Securities depending on whether its regularisation plan will result in a significant change in the business direction or policy of the Company, by 28 October 2022, being 12 months from the date of the First Announcement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of AAX, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that it had on 12 October 2022, on behalf of the Company, submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of six (6) months up to 28 April 2023, for AAX to submit its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission or Bursa Securities.
