On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that AAX’s existing number of 4,148,149,102 Shares will be consolidated into 414,814,737 Consolidated Shares after 5.00 p.m. today (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Proposed Share Consolidation) pursuant to the Proposed Share Consolidation.

The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 14 February 2022.
