STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS
PURSUANT TOSECTION 169(15) OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 1965
We, Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz and Datuk Kamarudin Bin Meranun, being two of the Directors of AirAsia X Berhad, state that, in the opinion of the Directors, the financial statements set out on pages
113 to 180 are drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Group and Company as at 31 December 2014 and of the results and the cash flows of the Group and
Company for the financial year ended on that date in accordance with the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and the provisions of the
Companies Act, 1965.
The information set out in Note 35 to the financial statements has been prepared in accordance with the Guidance on Special Matter No. 1, Determination of Realised and Unrealised Profits or
Losses in the Context of Disclosure Pursuant to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements, as issued by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
In accordance with a resolution of the Board of Directors dated 29 April 2015.
