Description Intention to deal by Director in securities of AirAsia X Berhad during closed period

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, AirAsia X Berhad (“AirAsia X” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Datuk Kamarudin Bin Meranun, a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of AirAsia X, intends to deal in the securities of AirAsia X during the closed period prior to the release of the Third Quarter results for the year 2014.
