Introduction


AirAsia X Berhad's ("the Company") has zero tolerance for loss and damage due to fraud. In order to prevent loss or damage due to fraud, procedures are in place and practices have been adopted to prevent, detect and respond to any occurrence of fraud.

The company may pursue legal action to recover any loss incurred and/or take the necessary steps to enable the authorities to initiate prosecution of any fraudulent act, in order to safeguard the interest of the Company and its stakeholders.
